Mid Century 1970s Signed Chet Cole (Vermont) Amethyst Blown Art Glass Pitcher. Chet Cole was a glass artisan in Vermont. He studied in the US, Mexico, Scandinavia, and throughout Europe. This is a weighty and beautiful piece in pink-purple amethyst colored glass. The design has an indention in the neck, and has a slight optic glass pattern below. It is stunning! Artist signature etched on bottom, with pontil mark. In pristine condition!
